Jeff Burns - Nurse

Jeff started his second career as a nurse after retiring from being a machinist for Caterpillar in Lafayette, IN. He graduated from Schreiner University and has been working as a nurse since 2012. Jeff joined our urology family in 2018. He has been married for 25 years to his wife, Tessa. They have four sons. Jarred graduated from Fredericksburg High school in 2016, Tyler in 2017, Dyllan in 2019, and Andrew in 2021. In Jeff’s spare time he enjoys Fishing, Camping and Carpentry.

Judy Blaker - Nurse

Judy has been working in the medical field since 1987. Working as a traveling nurse allowed her to escape the frigid weather in Saskatchewan Canada and led her to the beautiful Texas hill country, which she calls home. In her spare time she enjoys bee keeping, taking care of many animals, and searching for Indian artifacts.

Jana Speck - Office Manager

Jana went to school in Albuquerque at the University of New Mexico. This is where she graduated with her Bachelors degree in University Studies and Radiologic Sciences, played basketball, and met her husband Michael. They decided to move back to their home state of Texas and got married in 2012. They have two boys, John and Charles. Jana worked at Hill Country Memorial as a mammography tech before changing titles to join Gillespie County Urology. She enjoys watching movies, being outdoors, traveling, dancing to good country music, and spending time with her family.

Abby Ottmers - Office Assistant

Abby was born and raised in Fredericksburg Texas. She graduated from Fredericksburg High School in 2015. She has been working in Customer Service for 6 years and loves what she does. In 2019, she had a daughter, Nya, who keeps her on her toes. You can find Abby listening to Texas Country music and chasing her toddler around.

Roslyn Raskin - Medical Receptionist

Roslyn and her husband, Phil moved to Fredericksburg in 2019 and are in love with their home in the hill country. She has worked in the Human Resources field for over 20 years and really appreciates working with people. When not at work, she loves staying active with Crossfit, all things outdoors, and traveling to watcher Sooners play football.
